What is raw honey, and how is it different from regular honey?
Raw honey is honey that comes straight from the hive and is minimally processed. It’s not pasteurized or filtered, so it retains its natural enzymes, pollen, and nutrients, unlike regular honey, which may be heavily processed and heated.

Where do you source your honey?
All of our honey is produced right here at Karma Creek Farms, on the outskirts of Barrie, Ontario. Our bees work hard to create pure, natural honey, and we handle the entire process ourselves—from hive to bottle.

What is the shelf life of your honey?
Honey is one of the few foods that never spoils if stored properly. However, it’s best to consume it within two years for optimal flavor and quality. Over time, honey may crystallize, which is a natural process and does not affect its quality.

How should I store honey?
Store honey in a cool, dry place at room temperature. Avoid placing it in the fridge, as cold temperatures can speed up crystallization.

Do you sell any other bee-related products?

How do I know if my honey has crystallized, and what can I do about it?
If your honey has turned thick and grainy, it has crystallized, which is a natural process. You can gently warm the jar in hot (not boiling) water to return it to a liquid state, but be sure not to overheat it, as this can destroy the honey's natural enzymes.

Do you offer custom gift sets or bulk orders?

What’s the difference between beeswax and other types of wax?

How do you package your honey for shipping?
We ship our honey in sturdy, food-grade plastic containers to ensure it arrives safely. While glass jars are often preferred for display, they are more prone to breaking during transit. Our plastic containers are durable, lightweight, and designed to protect the honey throughout its journey.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within Canada. Shipping regulations for honey and bee products can vary by country, so we currently focus on serving customers locally.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the size of your order. The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on these factors.

How long does shipping take?
Depending on your location, shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days. During peak seasons or special promotions, shipping times may be slightly longer.

Do you offer local pickup?
